Stephanie Chance joined the BWD team as Controller in 2018 and added Director of Shaping Services to her portfolio in 2023. Stephanie is a proud Greenville native with a seasoned background in accounting, project management and development. She has more than 18 years of accounting experience, primarily in the construction industry and 11 years of real estate development experience, working in both commercial and residential new construction/redevelopment. A 2006 graduate of the University of South Carolina Upstate, she is the 2016 award recipient for Commercial Revitalization project in downtown Greenville. She and her husband, son and five cats reside in Greenville and she enjoys traveling, interior decorating, good bourbon and playing the violin.
