Rence O’Connor began his fulltime career with Beau Welling Design, as a Design Associate and Onsite Representative in June of 2024. A Columbia, South Carolina native, O’Connor earned his degree in Landscape Architecture from Clemson University in May 2024. Before graduating from Clemson, he did an internship with BWD in May 2022, gaining two years of hands-on experience before transitioning into a full-time role.
